Through our partnership with Wonde — the platform trusted by 30,000+ schools worldwide to move data safely between school systems — mymeddiCAL can pull your student, guardian and staff records straight from the system you already use

.How it works:

Your school approves the connection once, through Wonde's own secure request process. Students and guardians sync automatically — new enrolments appear, leavers are archived, nothing needs manual re-entry.

Guardians can be invited to the parent app the moment they appear, so there's no gap between "enrolled" and "covered by a health plan.

"Staff are provisioned automatically at the right access level, ready for a quick review rather than a slow manual setup.

You stay in control — sync is on-demand, not something happening to your data in the background without you asking.

No CSV files. No re-typing 900 students by hand. No "who's actually still enrolled" guesswork.

mymeddiCAL is proud to sponsor the Victorian School Nurses Association, and we get out and meet the people actually doing this work each year at the VSNA conference in Melbourne.

School nurses see what functionality does and doesn't work in a health plan long before we do — sponsoring VSNA is our way of staying close to that, and supporting the professionals who look after student health every day.

School health doesn't live in one place — it touches allergies, asthma, epilepsy, mental health, first aid and a dozen other areas, each with its own advocacy groups, clinical guidelines and people who've spent years getting this right.

As mymeddiCAL grows, we want to be sponsoring and showing up for more of these conferences — not because it looks good on a page, but because the people running those organisations are exactly who should be telling us where we're getting school health right, and where we're not.
